Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at OneCompareInsure. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and the process for returning items and obtaining a refund or exchange.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in unused and resalable condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required

Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked on product page)

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers


3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

    Provide your name, order number, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

  3. Pack your item securely in the original box, including all components.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided in the confirmation email. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued

  • If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and want to exchange it for the same item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage

  • We will send a replacement item at no additional cost, or issue a refund if the item is no longer in stock


6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
